Allied Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to optimize recruitment operations, onboarding, and compliance across the organization. You will partner with HR, hiring managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable processes and an exceptional candidate experience.

You will own contingent workforce administration, background screening, and Workday onboarding support, ensuring data integrity and timely, compliant hires.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience delivering results across multiple business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
• Experience using an HR technology system, preferably Workday.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruiting operations, onboarding, and contingent workforce administration.
• Serve as primary liaison with staffing agencies and business leaders.
• Maintain reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and compliance.
• Provide recruiting support across functions as a backup recruiter.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, feedback, and interview scheduling.
• Oversee pre-employment background screening and adverse action processes.
• Lead New Employee Orientation and Workday onboarding support.
• Partner with HR Technology to optimize onboarding workflows.
