Itgiantsolutions is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS maintenance. You will ensure policy compliance, accurate employee records, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

The role involves payroll support, benefits administration, and collaboration with managers to streamline processes, while upholding labor law compliance and data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Shared Services roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and comfort with HR data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and HRIS platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll preparation, leave management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Generate HR reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all HR practices.
• Assist in HR projects such as culture initiatives, system upgrades, and audits.
