Job summary

ORIX USA hires a senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of TA, ensuring seamless workflows from requisition through pre-onboarding. You will own Workday Recruiting administration, offer management, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Compensation, Legal, Payroll, and Recruitment teams.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate recruiting or HR operations, with a focus on process efficiency, accuracy, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, corporate recruiting, HR operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central operational resource supporting Talent Acquisition delivery across the corporate entity and subsidiary organizations.
• Manage day-to-day TA operational activities to ensure recruiting processes move efficiently from requisition through accepted offer and transition to pre-onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters to identify and remove administrative or process friction that could impact hiring velocity and candidate experience.
• Maintain consistency in recruiting practices while supporting differences in subsidiary businesses and locations.
• Act as an operational point of escalation for recruiting workflow, process, documentation, candidate coordination, and Workday-related issues.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert and power user for Workday Recruiting ATS module.
• Ensure requisitions, candidates, interviews, dispositions, offers, and hiring activities are accurately maintained within Workday.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with Workday Recruiting processes, troubleshooting, workflow navigation, and transaction completion.
• Partner with HRIS and other HR stakeholders on Workday Recruiting enhancements, testing, configuration changes, process improvements, releases, and user adoption.
• Own or coordinate the operational preparation, review, routing, and delivery of standard and complex offer letters.
• Coordinate transition from accepted offer through pre-onboarding processes and ensure all required recruiting documentation and Workday transactions are complete.
