Job summary

Basis is seeking a Talent Services Coordinator to manage HR transactions and deliver outstanding employee support. You will handle onboarding, hiring changes, and data entry while ensuring accuracy across multiple HR systems.

You will respond to employee inquiries, educate staff on policies, and support learning, recruiting, and administrative tasks within Talent & Development in a hybrid U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling HR transactions across hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
• Familiar with HR policies and employee resources.
• Ability to audit data and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process HR transactions related to hiring, onboarding, and term changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on resources.
• Maintain data integrity across Workday and related systems with audits.
• Provide admin support across Talent & Development, including learning and recruiting administration.
• Support cross-functional Talent & Development initiatives and process improvements.
