Job summary

Orsini Healthcare is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting operations, onboarding handoffs, and compliance activities onsite in Columbus, OH.

You will coordinate offers, background checks, IT readiness, and maintain data integrity across HR systems while collaborating with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and IT. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition coordination or similar operations.
• Experience with JazzHR, ADP or similar HRIS preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or equivalent credential preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate scheduling and start dates through Day One onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data across systems and reports.
• Train hiring managers on interview practices and JazzHR use.
• Support onboarding, pre-employment screening, and vendor coordination.
• Plan recruiting events and manage cross-functional project support.
