Job summary

ORIX USA Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of TA, owning Workday Recruiting administration, offer management, and pre-onboarding coordination. You will partner with recruiters, HR partners, compensation, and legal to move hires efficiently and accurately from requisition through onboarding handoff.

The role requires a strong corporate recruiting background, mastery of Workday Recruiting, and a focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal/corporate Talent Acquisition operations.
• Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting experience required.
• Proven ability to prepare, review and facilitate complex offers.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruiting workflows from requisition to onboarding.
• Exceptional attention to detail; capable of handling sensitive transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Commitment to candidate experience and internal service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central operational resource supporting Talent Acquisition delivery across entities.
• Manage day-to-day TA operations to move processes from requisition to pre-onboarding.
• Identify and remove friction to improve hiring velocity and candidate experience.
• Maintain consistency in recruiting practices while supporting subsidiary variations.
• Escalate recruitment workflow, documentation, and Workday issues as needed.
• Act as expert and power user for Workday Recruiting ATS module.
• Ensure requisitions, candidates, interviews, dispositions, offers are accurately tracked in Workday.
• Support processes, troubleshooting, navigation, and transaction completion in Workday.
• Collaborate with HRIS and stakeholders on enhancements, testing, and configuration.
• Own or coordinate offer letter preparation, routing, and delivery; reflect accurate terms.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities and ensure transition from offer to hires.
• Maintain confidentiality and high accuracy throughout offer and onboarding.
