Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support onboarding from offer through hire, ensuring a smooth candidate experience across multiple clients. You will coordinate background checks, documentation, and onboarding activities while collaborating with recruiters, HR, payroll, and external vendors.

You will optimize processes, manage the ATS, report on recruiting metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience onboarding including management of hiring/contract activity and documentation processing.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR reporting tools.
• Organized and analytical mindset with spreadsheet usage.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, pre-employment requirements, offers, and hiring/contracting across multiple clients within SLA.
• Engage candidates through multiple channels to support onboarding and ensure timely documentation and ATS updates.
• Provide guidance on onboarding documentation, right to work, and payroll requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement onboarding improvements.
• Oversee ATS administration, data accuracy, privacy compliance, and training of users.
• Develop recruitment metrics and analytics to assess strategies and guide decisions.
• Coordinate vendor relationships with payroll, background checks, relocation, and other providers.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout recruitment and onboarding.
• Create training materials and support adoption of processes.
• Participate in process improvement and automation projects.
• Support audits with information and documentation as required.
