Job summary

Service Experts in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager of Talent Operations & Enablement to lead, coach, and scale our Talent Acquisition programs. You will oversee recruiting coordination, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet workforce needs.

The role requires 6+ years in talent operations, 2+ years of people management, and strong analytical and system skills, including Workday Recruiting. We offer robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent operations or HR operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading process improvements and organizational changes.
• Technical aptitude with enterprise systems and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day talent operations and recruitment workflows.
• Identify improvements and implement scalable recruiting solutions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on business priorities.
• Define processes with Talent Delivery and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Support Workday Recruiting and IT teams to optimize systems.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs with analytics teams.
• Build partnerships with schools and workforce programs.
• Lead internship and apprenticeship programs and campus events.
• Manage external vendors and recruitment services.
