Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations in Austin to scale recruiting as the company grows. You will own day-to-day recruiting systems cadence, scheduling at scale, and data integrity while leading a high-performing talent coordination team.

You will implement SOPs, SLAs, and reporting to drive operational excellence, manage Greenhouse ATS architecture and integrations, and deliver insight through analytics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling scheduling logistics and SLA compliance.
• Proven ability to build processes, reporting structures, and system configurations from scratch in high-growth environments.
• Experience designing and running recruiting programs or events (university, hiring events, employer branding).
• Expertise in Greenhouse ATS administration, data governance, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into leadership-facing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day TA operations cadence, scaling scheduling logistics and SLA compliance.
• Document and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and workflows to scale interview capacity during rapid growth.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the talent coordination team.
• Establish performance standards, manage capacity, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Architect and maintain TA metrics reporting and dashboards across key KPIs.
