Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a Manager, Talent Operations & Enablement to lead the Talent Acquisition operations. You will oversee recruiting coordination, candidate communications, and admin processes while driving scalable improvements across workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent operations or HR operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading process improvements and organizational changes.
• Experience with enterprise systems and workflow improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and coach the team.
• Oversee recruiting operations, communications, and admin processes.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to align with business priorities.
• Lead projects from planning through adoption and measuring outcomes.
• Coordinate with Talent Delivery to optimize handoffs in recruiting lifecycle.
• Partner with HRIS/IT to enhance Workday Recruiting and related systems.
• Establish KPIs with analytics teams and monitor performance.
