Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Manager, Talent Operations & Enablement in Richardson, TX, with remote work options. You will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, optimize recruiting workflows, and partner with leadership to align operations with business priorities.

Strong project leadership and system optimization experience are required. The role emphasizes improving talent pipelines, implementing scalable solutions, and driving measurable improvements using analytics and ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in talent operations, HR operations, business operations, program management, or a related space.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvements, implementing organizational changes, and influencing stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with experience navigating enterprise systems, identifying workflow improvements, and supporting system enhancements or implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and building the team’s capabilities.
• Oversee day-to-day talent operations, establishing service standards and ensuring recruiting coordination, candidate communications, and administrative processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
• Evaluate current processes and workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions to create a more efficient and consistent recruiting experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand business priorities, address operational challenges, and ensure the team is positioned to support evolving workforce needs.
• Lead projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives from planning through implementation, building stakeholder support and ensuring successful adoption.
