Service Experts is seeking a Manager, Talent Operations & Enablement to lead the Talent Acquisition function, drive operational excellence, and enhance workforce pipelines. You will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement scalable recruitment processes and programs.

The role requires overseeing recruiting operations, defining KPIs, and partnering with HRIS and IT to improve system functionality. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years in talent/HR operations, business operations, or program management.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day talent operations and recruiting coordination.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to align with business priorities.
• Manage Workday Recruiting and other TA technologies with IT.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs with analytics teams.
• Build partnerships with schools and workforce organizations to strengthen pipelines.
