Service Experts is seeking a Manager, Talent Operations & Enablement to lead the Talent Acquisition operations, improve processes, and drive scalable solutions across the recruiting lifecycle. This role partners with business leaders to strengthen talent attraction and build long-term workforce pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations or HR operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and drive changes.
• Experience with enterprise systems and workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and set expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day talent operations, ensure recruiting coordination and candidate communications are handled efficiently.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and implement practical solutions for a more efficient recruiting experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to align with business priorities and workforce needs.
• Lead projects and change initiatives from planning through adoption, with KPI monitoring and stakeholder buy-in.
