• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and closing candidates is a plus.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high volume of candidates through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Assist with interview coordination and scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
• Support onsite hiring events with logistics and candidate experience in mind.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines; attend career fairs and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Lead Talent Partner to move candidates quickly through the process.
• Track recruiting data and provide insights to leaders to improve pipelines and decision making.
