United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support rapidly growing hiring across the G&A, GTM, Engineering, Product and Design teams. You will own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications to reflect our brand and growth pace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or a fast-paced operational role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a candidate-first mindset.
• Comfort in a hybrid environment and thriving in a high-growth setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and modern scheduling tools.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with bias toward action and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for roles across G&A, GTM, Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, panel selection, and calendar coordination.
• Maintain and continuously improve scheduling workflows, documentation, and coordination processes.
• Support onboarding logistics and broader talent operations projects as the team scales.
