• Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes and projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support program initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on shared tasks and challenges.
