Job summary

Digital Asset in New York City is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-moving recruiting team across multiple offices. You will ensure a well-organized candidate experience, manage interview scheduling, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners on sourcing and screening.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years coordinating large-volume recruiting, are highly organized, and proficient with Greenhouse and Google Suite.

Qualifications

3-5 years coordinating recruitment for large-volume teams.
Experience scheduling across multiple time zones.
Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized with excellent time management.
Hands-on with Greenhouse.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Able to interact with professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

Post positions in Greenhouse and set up roles.
Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process.
Schedule virtual and in-person interviews.
Coordinate on-site interviews with office locations.
Answer scheduling/status questions from candidates or hiring teams.
Reject candidates using provided templates as aligned with the interview process.
Support Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing, interviewing, etc.
Take on additional duties/responsibilities as needed.
