Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams, ensuring the best candidate experience. You will master the interview lifecycle, coordinate scheduling across regions and participate in high-potential projects to grow internal mobility.

This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role based in a Salesforce hub office, with onsite presence required. You will work with regional teams and use tools like Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, and Slack to deliver

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a customer/client facing industry.
1+ years of experience in an operational or administrative role.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple business units globally.
Arrange travel and reimbursements for candidates; greet onsite interviewees at the hub office.
Audit employment agreements and ensure background checks are completed before start date.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers; support the interview process and drive a positive candidate experience.
Prioritize multiple tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and fairness.
Master applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack).
Contribute to regional and global RC projects and share insights with stakeholders.
Provide data-driven insights using RC dashboards to improve scheduling practices.
