Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its performance management systems across tools and learning experiences. You’ll connect quarterly check-ins, goal setting, reviews, succession planning, and analytics into a cohesive, data-driven talent cycle with manager enablement.

You will craft scalable processes, develop in-flow learning content, and partner with senior leaders to drive measurable impact across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in talent or performance management, with scalable systems experience.
• Experience designing enablement content and manager training.
• Proven ability to drive data-driven talent decisions and use AI insights.

Aufgaben

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy across tools, processes, and learning.
• Develop scalable performance processes including check-ins, goal setting, and coaching conversations.
• Lead talent planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline enablement with technology.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize supporting systems.
• Create toolkits, guides, and learning experiences tied to the skills taxonomy and usage data.
• Set baselines and metrics across the talent cycle and deliver data-driven recommendations.
