Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Zoom's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools, processes, and learning experiences.

You will build connected systems spanning goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and the performance technology roadmap, with enablement content and manager toolkits to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Ability to build programs from scratch with process design and technology integration.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalization.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners with excellent communication.
• Proven ability to measure program impact with data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for performance management across the organization.
• Design and deploy talent planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize supporting tools.
• Develop toolkits and learning experiences aligned to Zoom's skills taxonomy.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle and surface data-driven recommendations.
