Zusammenfassung

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools and learning experiences. You will connect quarterly check-ins, goal setting, talent reviews, and succession planning into a cohesive talent cycle with data-driven enablement for managers.

The role blends talent management and learning, requiring program architecture, content design, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of talent management or performance management experience.
Experience delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
Ability to design processes and select technology solutions.
Experience using AI tools to surface insights and scale experiences.

Aufgaben

Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability and growth.
Build scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, including check-ins, goal setting, evaluations, feedback, coaching, and rewards integration.
Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession processes with talent reviews and leadership development.
Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize related systems and tools.
Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy for managers.
Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle and surface data-driven recommendations.
