Job summary

Zoom's Talent & Learning team seeks a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and improvement of our performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools, processes and learning experiences.

You will connect performance and development across the talent cycle, build scalable programs, and measure impact with data-driven insights. This hybrid role offers visibility and meaningful ownership within Zoom's People Experience organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content, manager training, or leadership programs.
• Ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or iteratively with process design and cross-functional alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Data and analytics experience to measure program impact and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy, building a clear, consistent approach that drives accountability and growth.
• Build and implement scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, anchored by quarterly check-ins and goal setting.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession processes, including talent reviews and leadership pipeline development.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize the underlying tools and systems.
• Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences for managers, tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle, surfacing data-driven recommendations to leaders.
