Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of its performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. You will connect quarterly check-ins, goal-setting, talent reviews, and succession planning with learning experiences and enablement content that managers actually use.

This role blends people strategy, program architecture, and data-driven decision making in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing and delivering enablement content, manager training, or leadership programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or as iterations including process design, technology solution design, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work and enabling teams and managers to leverage AI to enhance effectiveness, surface insights, and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with the ability to identify customers, define success metrics, iterate based on user feedback, and treat every initiative as a product that must earn adoption.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders, combined with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Robust experience using data and analytics to measure program impact and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy, building a clear, consistent approach that drives accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, anchored by Zoom's quarterly check-in and encompassing goal setting, evaluation, coaching, and rewards integration.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning and succession management processes with data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize underlying tools and systems.
• Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences for managers, tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy and usage data.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle and surface data-driven recommendations to leaders.
