Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Zoom's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. This role will connect performance and development through enablement content, manager toolkits, and in-the-flow-of-work learning.

You will build scalable processes for goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, coaching, succession planning, and talent reviews, supported by data and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing and delivering enablement content, manager training, or leadership programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs with process design, technology solution design, and cross-functional alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance effectiveness and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Robust data and analytics to measure program impact and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for performance management, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, coaching, and recognition integration.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development with data-driven decision support.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and optimize underpinning tools.
• Develop toolkits, guides, and learning experiences tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy and usage data.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle and surface data-driven recommendations.
