Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Zoom's performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems. You will integrate quarterly check-ins, goal setting, reviews, succession planning, and a tech roadmap into a cohesive talent lifecycle, supported by enablement content and manager toolkits.

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing and delivering enablement content, manager training, or leadership programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or iteratively, including process design and technology solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy, building a clear, consistent approach that drives accountability and growth.
• Build and implement scalable processes for performance management across the organization, including goal setting, evaluation, feedback, and coaching.
• Design and deploy scalable talent planning, succession management, and leadership pipeline development with data-driven decision support.
