Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across tools, processes, and learning experiences.

You'll build scalable processes for performance, talent planning, and a data-driven technology roadmap, delivering in-the-flow-of-work enablement and manager toolkits to drive alignment with business outcomes and employee growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management or a related HR discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Proven ability to build talent-cycle programs from scratch with cross-functional alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to surface insights and scale personalized experiences.
• Strong data and analytics mindset with ability to measure program impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the performance management strategy to drive accountability and growth.
• Build scalable, data-driven processes for managing performance and talent reviews.
• Define the performance technology roadmap and enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop toolkits and learning experiences for managers built into workflows.
• Establish baselines and metrics to monitor the talent cycle.
