• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.
• Hands-on learning and development experience designing and delivering enablement content and leadership programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build performance or talent-cycle programs from scratch or iteratively.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work to surface insights and scale personalized experiences.
• Product-owner mindset with ability to define success metrics and drive adoption.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong data and analytics experience to measure program impact and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy to drive accountability and growth.
• Build scalable processes for managing performance, including goal setting, evaluation, and coaching conversations.
