Zoom is seeking a Talent & Learning Manager to own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our performance management philosophy, strategy, and systems across the talent cycle. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, organizational development, or a closely related HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Zoom's performance management strategy and philosophy, building a clear, consistent approach that drives accountability and growth.
• Build and implement scalable processes for managing performance across the organization, anchored by Zoom's quarterly check-in process and encompassing goal setting, performance evaluation and differentiation, continuous feedback and coaching conversations as well as recognition and rewards integration.
• Design and deploy a scalable talent planning and succession management process, including talent reviews, high-potential identification, leadership pipeline development, and supporting technology to enable data-driven talent decisions.
• Define the performance technology roadmap, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing the systems and tools that underpin the full talent cycle.
• Develop and deliver toolkits, guides, and learning experiences for every process you own — built for in-the-flow-of-work consumption, tied to Zoom's skills taxonomy, and grounded in usage data.
• Establish baselines and success metrics across the talent cycle, connecting performance, learning, and talent signals into one integrated model that surfaces data-driven recommendations to leaders and fuels continuous iteration.
