Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team in Nashville for a 12-month contract. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering end-to-end recruitment services including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates for hires.

You will build networks, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to optimize process efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
• Comfort with data-driven recruiting and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the selection process from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent and manage objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on decisions, compensation, and processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
