• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• Experience with social media sourcing and market research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process, identify candidates, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and manage objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client/candidate relationships and satisfaction, and ensure submit/hire goals are met.
• Update reports and ATS data with related administrative tasks.
