Responsabilités

• Oversee candidate selection from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates via market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Maintain ATS data and related reports.
• Ensure targets for submits and hires are met.
