You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for hires in a dynamic, client-focused environment. In a 12-month temporary project, you will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain strong relationships, and strive to achieve weekly and monthly submission and hire

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to develop and maintain a candidate pipeline and manage relationships.
• Experience with RPO and client relationships.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from screening to feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and handle objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and compensation.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative reports.
