Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative and dynamic team. The role focuses on acting as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, combining market intelligence and modern recruiting strategies to meet client needs.

You will manage the recruiting process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for interview and hire, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Strong client focus with commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage pipeline and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify candidates, conduct initial phone screens, facilitate interviews and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and handle objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation and process improvements.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
