Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, using market intelligence and modern sourcing strategies to meet critical hiring needs.

You will oversee the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interviewing, presenting top candidates, and guiding decisions with clients. This 12-month contract emphasizes proactive talent pipelines, strong relationships with hiring managers,

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Strong network-building and candidate advocacy.
Ability to exceed goals and respond to feedback.
Excellent communication and client service mindset.
Experience with RPO or client-facing recruitment processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee selection: identify, assess candidates, conduct initial screens, gather feedback from clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present top talent for open positions and address objections.
Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and processes.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
Update reports and manage ATS data and related admin tasks.
