Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team in the United States. The role focuses on trusted advisor relationships with clients and candidates, delivering top talent through proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate advocacy.

You will build a robust candidate network, manage the end-to-end recruiting process, present strong submissions, and support client hiring decisions with market insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including research, sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop a proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers (clients) in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes focusing on adding value.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and related administrative responsibilities.
