Job summary

Wilson HR is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a collaborative team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and recommending candidates for hire. You’ll build a strong candidate network and work closely with clients to deliver top talent while meeting weekly submission and hire targets.

Proven ability to recruit end-to-end across roles and levels.
Strong sourcing and market intelligence capabilities.
Excellent interview techniques and candidate assessment.
Clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
Experience presenting top talent and guiding hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the selection process from screening to offer.
Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
Present top talent for open positions and counter objections in hiring.
Advise hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and process improvements.
Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
Meet weekly/monthly submission and hire goals; maintain ATS reports.
