HireHi приглашает специалиста по Talent Acquisition в США для ведения полного цикла найма: от intake и sourcing до интервью и предложения, в сотрудничестве с People Operations и Компенсационной командой.

Вы будете разрабатывать стратегии поиска, работать с менеджерами по найму, обеспечивать отличный опыт кандидатов и участвовать в глобальных проектах по стажировкам, рефералам и внутренней мобильности.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 3 лет полного цикла найма, в IT или глобальной компании.
• Опыт подбора как технических, так и нетехнических ролей на продвинутом уровне.
• Опыт работы с ATS и LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Свободное владение устной и письменной английским.

Responsibilities

• Организация полного цикла подбора: intake, sourcing, screening, интервью, предложение.
• Разработка стратегий поиска и подбора в соответствии с целями компании.
• Ведение или участие в глобальных проектах Talent Acquisition, включая стажировки, реферальные программы, LinkedIn-оптимизацию и внутреннюю мобильность.
• Партнерство с менеджерами по найму: формирование JD, требования, консультации и обучение интервьюированию.
• Обеспечение позитивного опыта кандидатов через прозрачную коммуникацию и эффективный процесс интервью.
• Установление отношений с внутренними и внешними кандидатами и участие в мероприятиях бренда работодателя.
• Развитие сетей и связей с сообществами кандидатов для расширения пула талантов.
• Мониторинг трендов рынка, зарплат и практик найма конкурентов.
• Анализ метрик подбора для оценки эффективности и улучшения процессов.
• Умение автономно решать сложные задачи подбора.

Job description

Задачи:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and negotiating offers with People Operations Business Partners and the Compensation team
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead or contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects, including internships, referral programs, LinkedIn optimization, and internal mobility initiatives
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, create job descriptions, develop recruitment strategies, align on requirements, provide consultation, and support and train them in effective interviewing
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and a seamless interview process
• Build relationships with internal and external candidates, including candidates applying for roles beyond the primary focus
• Represent the company at internal and external events and support employer branding initiatives
• Network and build relationships with potential candidate communities to expand the talent pool
• Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
• Navigate complex recruitment challenges independently and resiliently

• Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an IT or global company
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment for high-complexity technical and non-technical roles
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
