Кандидатам требуется продвинутый английский, опыт подбора 1+ год, знание ATS и страсть к технологиям. Возможен гибкий график с удаленной и офисной работой, поддержка профессионального роста и развития.

Qualifications

• Продвинутый английский язык и способность общаться с кандидатами на высоком уровне.
• Опыт подбора 1+ год или аналогичный персонально-обслуживающий опыт.
• Навыки работы с Applicant Tracking Systems и технологическая грамотность.

Responsibilities

• Проводить скрининги кандидатов и давать оценку навыков, опыта и соответствия культуре.
• Формировать прочный пайп кандидатов для клиентов и поддерживать качество отбора.
• Управлять данными кандидатов и отслеживать прогресс с высокой точностью.
• Проактивно искать лучших кандидатов через онлайн-платформы, сеть контактов и рекомендации.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
