Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Управление полным циклом найма IT-специалистов.

• Создание и публикация вакансий на соответствующих платформах.
• Проведение отбора резюме и кандидатов.
• Проведение телефонных интервью на английском языке и/или других требуемых языках.
• Презентация кандидатов и сопровождение на протяжении всего процесса найма.
• Подготовка отчетов и рекомендаций для клиентов.
• Формирование и поддержание кадровых резервов.

bridge351 supports recruitment projects for international clients across different markets and industries, helping companies find IT talent.

Задачи:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles
• Work with international clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Screen and assess applications and CVs
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages
• Present candidates and follow up with them throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities

Требования:

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the IT sector
• At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with international candidates and clients
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilient, dynamic, and organized profile
• Team-oriented mindset
• Results-driven approach and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
