Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for technical, professional, and other designated positions at a high volume.
• Partner with hiring managers to align postings with job descriptions and needs.
• Source candidates via databases, social media, job boards, colleges, and other channels.
• Review resumes to assess qualifications and fit; conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires; ensure compliance with laws.
