This hands-on recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar, technical, and corporate roles nationwide, focusing on high-volume hiring and efficient processes across multiple sites. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting both field-based and professional vacancies with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar, skilled-trades, operational, or field-based roles and corporate/professional hires.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar, technical, and corporate roles across the U.S.
• Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for blue-collar and skilled-trades positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles.
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone, virtual, and in-person formats.
• Coordinate interview processes and support hiring decisions.
