Rose International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Atlanta, GA to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume business population. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage approximately 100–150 open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and HR partners

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage requisitions from intake through onboarding
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Build diverse talent pipelines and screen candidates
  • Interview Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule interviews and manage offers
  • ATS & Recruiting Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR leaders and hiring managers
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Identify new sourcing channels and strategies
  • Employment Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified talent
  • Manage approximately 100-150 open requisitionsCandidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing efforts
  • Utilize job boards, internal databases, referrals, networking, and sourcing tools
  • Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Conduct candidate pre‑screening interviews and assessments
  • Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to hiring managersInterview Coordination & Offer Management
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Facilitate hiring manager feedback and candidate communications
  • Support offer preparation, approvals, and offer extension processes
  • Coordinate pre‑employment and onboarding activitiesATS & Recruiting Operations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and documentation requirements

  • Serve as a recruiting consultant and advisor throughout the hiring process
