Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to join our Dayton, OH team on-site. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting screens, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to fill roles for local clients.

You will build relationships with employers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and use ATS tools to keep accurate records. This role emphasizes local market knowledge and strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools in line with policy
