Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter in Manchester, CT, on-site, to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse accounts. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the process, including event participation and client engagement.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in recruiting or related fields, with a high school diploma. ATS experience (Taleo/Avature/JobApp/Bullhorn) is a plus; travel to client locations is possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• ATS experience with Taleo/Avature/JobApp/Bullhorn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates for the role.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
• Host job fairs and attend local networking events; weekly client visits.
