Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement in the Gettysburg market. You will identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, building relationships with hiring managers, and leveraging ATS tools to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Industry experience: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nice to have an Associate or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Hosting job fairs/recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools, technologies, and digital solutions in line with policy.
