You will source, screen, and interview candidates, build relationships with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and support high-volume client accounts. On-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates meeting qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system and ensure data quality.
