Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an on-site Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment, sourcing to placement, for diverse clients and associates. The role emphasizes candidate experience, communication, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

You will source candidates through postings, social media, referrals, and events, conduct screens and interviews, and manage scheduling while maintaining accurate ATS records and a focus on inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, customer service, or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the position's qualifications and requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
