Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and screen candidates to match qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including interview prep and feedback.
• Attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Weekly client visits and on-site check-ins for high‑volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Apply AI-enabled tools with human judgment per policy.
