You will champion recruitment strategy, develop internship programs, manage budgets, and lead college and community outreach programs to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; experience considered.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing talent acquisition leadership.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Proven leadership background overseeing others.
• HRIS system experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; not entry level.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill roles promptly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Promote community involvement as a premier employer.
• Oversee recruitment processes and onboarding standardization.
• Manage open requisitions and provide status updates to management.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Audit, optimize, and modernize recruitment workflows.
• Manage recruitment budget and contingent service relationships.
• Coach hiring managers on behavioral interviewing and candidate selection.
