Job summary

Synova Group is seeking an HR Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing to presenting offers and onboarding new hires.

You will screen candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, run background checks, and maintain accurate applicant records. The role also supports new hire paperwork and staff movements, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle may be required (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Manages internal and external job postings.
• Screens, interviews, and tracks candidates; conducts pre-employment tests.
• Oversees pre-employment documentation for new hires.
• Runs reference, background checks, and verifications; handles rescinded offers.
• Prepares and presents job offers; manages rescind processes as needed.
• Updates applicant and new hire information in recruitment software.
• Coordinates internal staff movements including transfers and promotions.
• Maintains employee records per policy.
• May cover front desk duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
